Find your fugitives and scofflaws and gain compliance, clearing backlogs quickly, fairly and transparently. StreetCred® Warrants is the solution to backlogged arrest warrants. And in some states, Warrants is provided to courts at no cost, in association with our municipal collections subsidiary, CRS – read about that here.
Using US Patent-pending technology, StreetCred Warrants™ aggregates information from the court and the agency, and from a wide range of other law enforcement and open sources. We normalize and correlate it, running it through a series of parallel algorithms that are proprietary and unique to StreetCred. Warrants™ provides on-demand, web-based access to our platform and software services via your secure MDT or approved mobile devices. Once you are logged in, Warrants™ security displays a score which indicates the likelihood that officers will locate the fugitive at the address in StreetCred’s system, and, when they do, the fugitive will be able to pay the fines and fees associated with the warrant.
We’re not looking for “good” warrants. Rather, through a series of discrete steps, StreetCred seeks to disqualify from consideration by officers those fugitives StreetCred believes are less likely to be located or able to comply. This leads to more compliance, fewer arrests and more efficiency.
Our methodology, and the kind of information StreetCred considers is proprietary and US Patent-pending, however it can be described as a programmatic expression of what are usually called “hunches”. Information, such as elements of the underlying offense, and more than 100 other factors are considered, analyzed and ultimately used to create a StreetCred Score. Neither gender nor race are considered at any stage of the StreetCred process.
Fugitive data is presented to officers with clear routing and contact information, officer safety warnings (for example, of violent history, weapons possession or specialized history with an agency), images, maps and digital artifacts, on a screen that has been designed from the ground up to be used by officers right on their vehicle’s mobile computer terminal. Because there are no per-seat charges, you can provide StreetCred to every officer in your agency. It’s so easy to use, cop-friendly and cop-proof that most officers are out and using the software after a four-hour, TCOLE-qualifying, class.
