At StreetCred® Software, one of the most important things we do is set customer expectations. Even though we are a young company, we take very seriously our responsibility to law enforcement agencies, courts and municipalities that they feel we are in this for the long haul, and in it together.
So I want you to know I make two inviolable promises to every StreetCred customer.
First, StreetCred is software, and software will break. I promise you. It will break. Sometimes the breaks will be really simple little glitches or bugs. Sometimes the breaks will be more serious.
Second, when it breaks, we will be there to support it. We will do everything in our power to fix the problem right away. But in the times that we cannot, we will respond quickly, and be honest with you about what is wrong. As soon as we have a plan we will tell it to you, and where possible we will tell you when we expect it will be fixed. We will do everything in our power to meet those expectations.
I personally will be available to you if you don’t get this level of service. All customers receive my personal cell phone number, and I invite them to call me on it, day or night, weekends, holidays, whatever it takes. When you have a problem, I want to know about it.
Everyone at StreetCred takes seriously our responsibility to you. We cannot always make our software work perfectly. But remember, StreetCred was founded by cops, and many of us are police, public safety or other public servants. We know what faith and trust you put into us by selecting us, and it’s my personal responsibility to ensure that we never betray that trust, or take it for granted.
